What a Month of Coaching Can Include
Each month of coaching is tailored to you — your goals, abilities, lifestyle, and readiness. This is not a one-size-fits-all program. Based on your intake and progress, we use the right tools at the right time to help you move forward without overwhelming you. More isn’t always better — consistency, focus, and the right support matter most.

Your central hub for tracking workouts, reps, weights, uploading form videos, and messaging me directly — all in one place.
Video Check-Ins:
During Month 1, we’ll meet via video chat weekly to build a strong foundation, create clarity, and make early adjustments.
After that, we shift to bi-weekly video calls.
Check-In Forms:
You’ll complete bi-weekly check-in forms, which I’ll review and discuss with you via email so you stay consistent and supported between video calls.
Message-Based Support:
Ask questions anytime through Trainerize — I’ll respond within 24 hours so you always feel guided.
